At Chiswick Park, MAWD created a natural, comfortable interior with a Scandinavian influence to appeal to the local audience. The huge, double-height entrance was cleverly brought down to human scale while maintaining the open feel through timber screens and millwork.
This was one of our first lobby schemes to mix a hospitality feel into a commercial space. It was a success; Blackstone and the agents received a fantastic response and ultimately sold the building fully let.
