Contemporary British Residences near Hyde Park
At the Hyde Park Gate project, MAWD updated two new lower ground floor apartments from a traditionally British style residences to a contemporary interpretation of the local vernacular. The look needed to appeal to Cheval Residences' client audience and still respond to the architecture of the building.
We looked to create a new version of the British look and feel, which resulted in these becoming the most popular apartments in the building.
The Center of it All
One of London’s most desirable locations, the Hyde Park Gate residences are only a short walking distance from the Royal Albert Hall, the sophisticated boutiques in Knightsbridge, Kensington High Street and various well-kept parks and gardens.
Authentic London
The stucco-fronted period exterior structure dates from the mid-1840s and was built by the renowned civil engineering firm of Grissell and Peto.
