MAWD is fully committed towards protecting the privacy of its clients, suppliers and employees and website visitors. MAWD on-line information is stored electronically and on a secure cloud-based storage systems/Server which are password protected and/or all paperwork records are key-lock secured. Any data stored electronically or written is stored in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679
How long do we keep your information?
MAWD does not retain any information longer than is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you. By law we have to retain information for a minimum period of six years following the end of the Companies financial year in which you have placed your order through, and in accordance with our legal obligation to keep records for tax purposes under paragraph 6, Schedule 11 of the Value Added Tax Act 1994 (UK).

Data held and/or submitted to us is only shared for the for purposes of contacting and/or sending emails based on request for information and to contact third party service providers (Suppliers and/or other) for purposes of providing services relating to our business interest and/or for marketing purposes.
