Fulton Bond Sales Gallery Launches in Chicago

The launch of the Fulton Bond sales gallery took place yesterday in Chicago, alongside Sulo Development.
Fulton Bond sits within Chicago’s West Loop / Fulton Market district and brings together architecture by Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) and interiors by MAWD | March and White Design. The project is rooted in a clear architectural language, informed by the industrial character of the neighborhood and expressed through a contemporary residential framework.

The sales gallery is conceived as the first physical expression of that collaboration. Rather than a standalone presentation space, it is an extension of the building itself, translating architectural ideas into an interior environment that begins to define the experience of the residences to come.

Experiencing the space in person for the first time brought a different clarity to the project. From the custom kitchen developed for the gallery to the material detailing throughout, the work is understood differently when seen at full scale. It reflects the same level of resolution and intent that has shaped the project from the outset.

Beyond the space itself, the launch was also an opportunity to spend time on site with the Sulo team. Much of the work to date has happened through ongoing collaboration between our studios and Chicago, so being together in person for the opening marked an important moment in the process.

Thank you to the Sulo Development team for the time in Chicago around the launch and for the collaboration throughout the project. Looking forward to seeing Fulton Bond continue to develop through the next stages.
