MAWD Joins Leading Design Practices for ArchichefNight London

MAWD was delighted to be invited to participate in ArchichefNight London, an exclusive event curated by TOWANT that brings together some of the UK's leading architecture and design practices for a unique evening where design is interpreted through food. Alongside renowned studios including Bergman Design House, Darling Associates, OBMI and Rosendale Design, MAWD was invited to represent the practice through a bespoke culinary concept inspired by our design philosophy.

For the evening, MAWD created Carciofo Marchese, a bespoke dish inspired by our Roman-influenced living room designed for Artemest's L'Appartamento exhibition during Milan Design Week. Drawing on the warmth, richness and timeless elegance of Rome, the concept reflected the craftsmanship, layered materiality and refined character that defined the installation, demonstrating how design narratives can extend beyond interiors into memorable experiences.

Hosted at Osteria by Bocconcino, the evening offered an opportunity to connect with fellow architects, designers, manufacturers and industry partners in an informal and engaging setting. Events such as ArchichefNight highlight the importance of collaboration across the design community, creating meaningful conversations and celebrating the creativity that continues to shape the future of architecture and interior design.
