Boutique on a Budget
Set over six floors, this apartment hotel in central London was one of the first of the next generation of serviced apartment developments. Each of the 63 individual residences in this Grade II Listed building conversion was unique. The interior concept changed the look and feel dramatically from floor to floor, ensuring the building catered for different moods and energies.

A New Way to Stay
The 63 serviced apartments offer a different experience to an ordinary hotel. Housed in a stucco-fronted Victorian building, these apartments offer the style and convenience of a design-hotel but allow guests to be self-sufficient: equipped with kitchens, washing machines and living rooms.
