The 88
The amenity spaces at The Greenwich, which include a 50-foot-long lap pool, spa, fitness center, yoga studio, media room and dining and conference room, take up the top three floors of the building. Known as The 88, MAWD designed for the communal atmosphere of a private club experience.
The stone vanity bench cantilevers across the punched window.
The relaxation room is designed to accentuate panoramic views out over the city.
The Greenwich Street offers an exclusive chance to see the city from a new perspective: your private sanctuary in the sky.
Cardio machines were placed around the perimeter glazing to take advantage of the views.
The 50-foot-experiential lap pool overlooks 1 WTC.
The treatment rooms are designed with comfort and simplicity in mind to create a sense of wellbeing.
