60 London Wall
Forward Thinkers Welcome
60 London Wall is one of the UK’s best examples of a visionary approach to office interior design that prioritizes well-being, environment, and the whole person. Inspired by the latest co-working and event spaces, MAWD looked to create flexibility in the design throughout.
The reception and atrium are designed to promote both professional and social engagement and interaction. MAWD also created a space that could be used for events and pop-ups, adding not only flexible work and amenity areas to supplement the office floors above … but also the possibility of the unexpected.

The next generation doesn't just embrace change in their everyday lives; they expect it in their working environment.
Design for Now
The interior aesthetic blends elements of residential, hospitality and workspace, a feel that was previously missing in the City. The refined, industrial result reflects the target audience: sophisticated, established organizations as well as next-gen occupiers with a creative edge.

Form, Function and Flexibility
An exceptional office building in the dynamic heart of London's City, with 355,000 sq ft of grade A office accommodation situated over ten stunning floors. Featuring striking architecture, five stunning roof terraces, best-in-class end-of-journey facilities, 10 flexible floor plates, and 15,000 sq ft of prime retail space, 60 London Wall also benefits from a stellar location opposite the historic Finsbury Circus, less than three minutes' walk to the Elizabeth Line.

One of MAWD’s first London projects integrating a blend of live, move, work and play.
The future of the office is about creating a workspace community that appeals directly to the people using the building and complements the tenant’s identity and culture. 60 London Wall demonstrates the importance of flexibility and good design with multi-purpose space for people to work and socialise.

A workplace that fosters a culture of interaction and belonging becomes part of an attractive offer. The best place to build this community is in the amenities. What was formerly a lobby or reception should become an active space that reflects the personality of the tenants. This is evident at our project Sixty London Wall for LaSalle Investment Management.
