Introducing Cloud One Hotel & Residences Wynwood, a fusion of urban living and artistic expression, setting a new standard for contemporary hospitality in Miami's vibrant arts district. Presenting a new living concept, Cloud One seamlessly integrates hotel accommodations with residential units, and curated amenities. 

The hotel component offers 214 thoughtfully designed rooms that embody the Cloud One brand's commitment to refined comfort and artistic flair. The residential segment occupies levels six through eight, featuring 85 fully furnished residences, each equipped with gourmet kitchens, high ceilings, and in-unit washers and dryers.

Emphasizing wellness and community, the rooftop serves as a sanctuary with a pool, jacuzzi, cabanas, and a juice and coffee bar, providing residents and guests with a serene retreat amidst the urban landscape. 

True to Wynwood's artistic heritage, the residence features curated murals and art installations by Goldman Global Arts, creators of the renowned Wynwood Walls . This integration of art and architecture ensures that Cloud One Hotel & Residences not only offers luxurious living spaces but also contributes to the cultural tapestry of one of Miami's most iconic neighborhoods.

For the project, MAWD played a key role in bringing the project’s vision to life, honoring Wynwood’s vibrant character while elevating the hotel and residential experience. The Cloud One Hotel & Residence’s design integrates exposed concrete, natural materials like wild oak and bronze, and industrial textures inspired by Cuban Modernism and the neighborhood’s garment and warehouse history. Thoughtful details of lush greenery, custom finishes, and ambient lighting, create interiors that are both grounded and refined. Light-filled residences with floor-to-ceiling windows offer a close connection to the neighborhood’s creative energy while providing elevated comfort and style.

The amenity collection highlights the project's dedication to a hospitality-driven experience and social connectivity. The crowning rooftop retreat is a lushly landscaped destination, boasting panoramic Miami skyline views, a rooftop swimming pool and deck with food and beverage service, indoor-outdoor restaurant and bar, and a full fitness center with a dedicated outdoor yoga and stretching area, steam room, sauna, and more.
