Edgeworth
MAWD | March and White Design has been appointed by Related Ross to deliver the interior design of the residences for Edgeworth, an ultra-luxury waterfront development rising along South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. Comprising two gracefully curved 28-story towers designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, Edgeworth marks the latest chapter in the transformation of one of Florida's most coveted coastal corridors.
MAWD's brief centred on creating an interior language that honours both the sculptural ambition of the architecture and the effortless quality of life that draws residents to this stretch of the Intracoastal. The result is a design palette that is soft and considered — rooted in the tradition of great Riviera living, yet entirely contemporary in its materials and sensibility.

A refined, Riviera-inspired aesthetic — contemporary forms, natural materials, and interiors that move as fluidly as the water beyond the glass.
187 Residences, Nine Penthouses
The 187 residences range from one-bedroom homes to expansive five-bedroom apartments and nine penthouse crowning each tower. MAWD designed a cohesive palette that could flex across scales — from the intimacy of a pied-à-terre to the grandeur of a multi-room penthouse — while maintaining a unified sensibility throughout the building.
Generous private terraces are a defining feature of every home, conceived as outdoor rooms with views stretching east to the Atlantic and west across the city. Interiors are finished with high-end appliances and bespoke kitchens and bathrooms, with natural stone and warm timber tones threading through every scheme.

Spaces shaped by light and calm
The primary bedrooms at Edgeworth are conceived as calm, light-filled retreats shaped by the building’s waterfront setting. Drawing from the project’s Riviera-inspired design language, the spaces balance contemporary forms with a softer residential sensibility, allowing natural materials, subtle textures and expansive views to take precedence.
The primary bathrooms continue this approach through a material-led expression of luxury. Conceived as private wellness spaces rather than purely functional rooms, they are defined by vein-matched natural stone, refined metal detailing and a restrained palette that emphasises texture and craftsmanship.

The Architectural Language of Edgeworth
Designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox, Edgeworth’s architecture is shaped by a clear response to its waterfront setting, with a composition that prioritises light, views and proportion. Sculpted terraces and softened lines break down the scale of the building while drawing the eye toward the Intracoastal Waterway, giving the façade a sense of movement that reflects its coastal context.
At ground level, the outdoor spaces extend this architectural language into a more landscape-led experience, where the pool terrace sits within layered planting and open sky. Framed by uninterrupted water views, it is conceived as a quiet counterpart to the architecture above, offering a sense of ease and continuity between built form and natural environment, and reinforcing the building’s emphasis on relaxed, elevated living.
