The Dorcol Residence
The Dorcol Residence marks MAWD’s first architectural and interior design project - a landmark residential development that redefines contemporary living in one of the city’s most historic quarters
Overlooking the Danube and positioned at the heart of Dorćol, the design fuses yacht-inspired architecture with interiors rooted in craftsmanship, materiality, and a global perspective on luxury living. Taking cues from the sculptural fluidity of yacht design, MAWD shaped the building with soft, flowing lines, stepped terraces, and bronze-framed details that animate the façades. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames panoramic views of the Danube and Belgrade’s new Linear Park, ensuring each residence is deeply connected to its setting.

Our approach combines flowing, yacht-inspired architecture with refined interiors, creating homes that are as intuitive as they are beautiful, and that embody Belgrade’s spirit with international elegance.
