Overlooking the Danube and positioned at the heart of Dorćol, the design fuses yacht-inspired architecture with interiors rooted in craftsmanship, materiality, and a global perspective on luxury living. Taking cues from the sculptural fluidity of yacht design, MAWD shaped the building with soft, flowing lines, stepped terraces, and bronze-framed details that animate the façades. Floor-to-ceiling glazing frames panoramic views of the Danube and Belgrade’s new Linear Park, ensuring each residence is deeply connected to its setting.
What distinguishes The Dorcol Residence is the opportunity to bring a global design perspective to Dorćol’s historic setting. Our approach combines flowing, yacht-inspired architecture with refined interiors, creating homes that are as intuitive as they are beautiful, and that embody Belgrade’s spirit with international elegance.
Inside, the residences are designed to balance international elegance with Belgrade’s cultural identity. Refined material palettes, bespoke joinery, and considered lighting create homes that are both timeless and adaptable. Each space is conceived not only as a private retreat but as a sanctuary—where heritage meets modern lifestyle.
Across landscaped terraces, residents will find contemporary sculptures and outdoor lounges that extend the living environment into nature. Wellness and lifestyle are central, with fitness spaces, spa-inspired amenities, and discreet concierge services designed to elevate daily life.
With The Dorcol Residence, we’re creating something unprecedented, a development that honours Belgrade’s most treasured quarter while setting a new benchmark for sophisticated living.
Crafted Heritage celebrates material depth and artisanal richness. Through textured wall finishes, gold-leaf metals, book-matched marbles, and ambient lighting designed to transition from day to night, this palette speaks of timeless sophistication and historic grounding—accented with objects that honour regional craft.
