Play On

With a hospitality background and an expert grasp of “live, move, work and play,” March and White Design worked with St. James to design the recreational spaces, ensuring an unsurpassed lifestyle experience for residence and their guests.

The result is a fully immersive experiential line-up: a ten-pin bowling and pool room, a private cinema, a residents’ lounge, a scenic rooftop, and an infinity pool, gym, and spa facilities.

Staying In is the New Going Out

MAWD’s cinema space is a modern take on the glamour of Art Deco theater. Throughout the bowling alley and games room areas is an atmospheric use of timber paneling with pops of color and metallic finishes. In the games room, the centerpiece is the brass wrapped bespoke pool table by the Game Company. The furniture is sculptural and bold, designed for movement and activity.
