High-Style, Budget-Friendly Commercial Interiors for a Co-Working Innovator
MAWD worked with co-working pioneers The Office Group on some of their first projects in a nationwide launch, designing commercial interiors tailored to the location. With their architectural training, Elliot and James are uniquely skilled at making a project's interior language reflect the exterior, and as TOG's King's Cross location includes four floors within architect David Chipperfield's One Pancras Square, the building's striking 396 industrial columns inspired the interior detail.
Through careful selection of materials, we were able to provide TOG with excellent design and value.

A Lively Location
The Office Group's King's Cross location is situated at the southern end of the larger Kings Cross mixed-use redevelopment. Pancras Square is home to many bars and restaurants, and the nearby canal is a perfect spot to get some fresh air.
With a goal of providing "only the best buildings being run by the best people," TOG's focus on design, making sure each workspace is different and individual, provided a rich opportunity for MAWD to create innovative and people-centric workspaces that inspired a sense of ownership and community.
