MAWD introduces a decadent office renovation at No.1 Knightsbridge for Viridian Property. With a focus on environmental ethics, traditional luxury, and hospitality-style amenities, the 140,000 sq/ft workspace has been thoughtfully designed to seamlessly blend a day-to-night design with a professional atmosphere.
At MAWD, we consistently aim to resonate with the brands of tomorrow. When designing for No.1 Knightsbridge, our focus was on a workspace where luxury and forward-thinking design converge. We understand that well-designed spaces leave a lasting impact to fostering connections that will shape our future, so we are excited to see how tenants engage with and embrace the environment we have crafted.
The design is focused around encouraging social interaction in both formal and informal settings while prioritizing the evolving needs of modern executives.
Designed to foster social interaction in various settings, the space offers a diverse array of seating options, such as a cozy gathering fireplace, an inviting atrium bar, and a private library booth. This design prioritizes both formal and informal environments, encouraging physical connection.
It has been a pleasure working alongside the talented teams at MAWD to bring this exceptional design to life. Every aspect of the project, from the selection of materials to the thoughtfully curated gathering fireplace and lighting, has been considered to create a truly remarkable workplace. The attention to detail and the way people can seamlessly interact with the space will set a new standard for hospitality influenced commercial design. We are excited to welcome new tenants in the coming months.
The project received an A-grade EPC level rating (originally an EPC D), and BREEAM Excellent and WELL Gold Ready accreditations.
By integrating carbon efficiency and a commitment to environmental ethics into the fabric of the building, the revitalized office space is thoughtfully designed to endure the passage of time without compromising its sustainability principles.
