Sophisticated Living in Soho London
At Golden Square, MAWD drew on the creative and industrial accents of Soho and layered them with the sophistication of Mayfair in the finishes. The resulting design of the interiors for the 22 residential apartments, which range from studios to three bedrooms, appeals to those seeking a more youthful luxury home in the neighbourhood.
Located in Central London near the West End, Covent Garden and Berkeley Square, some of the world's finest offerings, from theater to retail to restaurants, are within easy walking distance of the residences.
At Golden Square we wanted to create a warm and comforting experience ... apartments that feel more like hotel suites.
The Perfect Space to Entertain
Taking references from MAWD's experience with private members clubs, the intelligent design of the living room and kitchen feels at once open and separate. Booth-style dining seats were added for comfort.
Innovative Bath and Shower Details
An industrial-style glass shower screen creates a bath and shower pod within the bathrooms.
Individually Tailored
Every apartment has been approached as a bespoke project, with varied layouts, personalised kitchen configurations and handmade joinery resulting in a sense of individuality for every resident. The collection of fixtures, fittings and finishes strike a pleasing balance between classic quality and contemporary design.
