Located in the heart of Fulton Market, Fulton Bond Chicago redefines contemporary urban living through a distinctly local lens. MAWD was appointed to develop an interior design program that responds to the energy of the West Loop while elevating it, balancing character, craftsmanship, and warmth within a modern residential framework.
Designed for those seeking bespoke living, Fulton Bond offers the spaciousness of a private home paired with the services and amenities of a refined condominium. The result is a residence that feels intimate yet connected, grounded yet cosmopolitan; an expression of vibrant city living in one of Chicago’s most dynamic neighborhoods.
Fulton Bond reflects a modern interpretation of place-driven design. MAWD’s interiors draw from the neighborhood’s industrial heritage, introducing warmth, curvature, and tonal richness to create spaces that feel grounded yet sophisticated.

The resident lounge is conceived as a refined sanctuary, drawing inspiration from hotel lobbies and private members’ clubs. MAWD’s design approach focuses on comfort, discretion, and understated sophistication, with curated furnishings and architectural detailing that encourage lingering.
Amenity Program
The fitness and wellness spaces are designed to support movement, restoration, and balance with contemporary ease. A calm, considered palette and purposeful spatial planning create an environment that feels motivating yet composed. Here, wellness is approached with the same level of design intention, where function and atmosphere align to support everyday rituals and long-term well-being.
The interactive golf simulator is conceived as both a recreational destination and a social experience. Designed for year-round enjoyment, the space replicates courses from across the globe, offering residents an immersive environment for sport, focus, and friendly competition. Material richness and considered lighting elevate the experience, transforming recreation into a refined extension of daily life.
