MAWD Head of Business Development & Marketing Giulia Laugero Named Winner, Representing Bisnow's South Florida Women in Development Category
MAWD is proud to share that our Head of Business Development & Marketing, Giulia Laugero, has been recognized as a winner of Bisnow’s South Florida Women in Development Awards. This honor highlights leaders who are driving innovation and impact across South Florida’s fast-evolving real estate landscape, celebrating women who are not only shaping the built environment today, but also setting the course for its future.
Since joining MAWD, Giulia has been a driving force in cultivating MAWD's presence across South Florida, playing a pivotal role in securing and developing world-class hospitality and residential projects. Her strategic leadership and passion for design have helped bring projects to life that merge architectural vision with hospitality-driven programming. Recent projects include The Cloud One Hotel and Residences Wynwood, 14 Roc Miami, and Navigator Residence at Sea, a groundbreaking residential ship that exemplifies innovation in amenitized living. Beyond Miami, Giulia has been central to residential developments in Tampa, West Palm Beach, and additional markets across the state, further expanding MAWD’s reach and influence in the region.
Giulia’s recognition reflects her ability to bridge interior design, real estate, and development—industries that are increasingly intertwined in shaping the way we live, work, and travel.
This award underscores not only Giulia’s individual achievements and MAWD’s ongoing commitment to elevating the standards of residential and hospitality design in Florida and beyond. We are optimistically building on our studio's existing momentum, expanding our portfolio in the region, and collaborating with visionary partners to shape environments that enhance quality of life.
We congratulate Giulia on this well-deserved recognition, and look forward to the continued success of her work with MAWD | March and White Design.
