Regents View emerges as a striking contemporary focal point within the artistic hub of the capital. MAWD alongside architects RSHP have skillfully converted and designed the iconic Bethnal Green gasholders into 555 distinctive residences, complemented by private amenities, all situated in a captivating canalside setting in Bethnal Green, the vibrant East London destination.
When approaching the design for Regents View we were inspired by the urban landscape, vibrant history and iconic architecture and therefore wanted to create an interior that connects, excites and reflects to this directly. We took creative inspiration from the energy types in the local area surrounding the projects infrastructure, creating four key design pillars: natural, industrial, vibrant and restorative.
The amenities reflect the vibrancy and creativity that makes East London a special place to live.
With a showcase of dark metal accents and fluted glass finishes throughout, the feature tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms bring a pop of colour, texture and vibrancy; and sustainable materials such as the recycled kitchen countertops connect to nature.
